Mallard Shir Livestock and Agriculture Company

Malard Shahriyar Company began its activities in 1954 with an investment from the private sector, utilizing 100 breeding cows. Over the years, the capacity of the unit gradually increased, and by 1986, it reached a capacity of 2,272 cattle and calves, which was approved by the Veterinary Organization of Iran. In 1995, the management of this institution was handed over to the Social Security Investment Company, and in 2002, it was renamed Malardshir Livestock and Agriculture Company. In 2012, after establishing a new dairy farm in Nezababad County and transferring the livestock to that facility, the company was officially registered on 25/03/2013 under the registration number 2943, with its headquarters located in Alborz Province, Nezababad County.
With over half a century of experience, Malardshir Livestock and Agriculture Company covers an area of approximately 200 hectares, with 160 hectares cultivated with barley, corn, and alfalfa, and 40 hectares dedicated to the livestock facility. The facility is designed with the best modern plans and technologies. Additionally, the company possesses one of the finest herds of Holstein cattle, capable of housing 5,400 animals and producing 2,000 male and female calves annually. It also features an 80-cow milking parlor equipped with the most advanced technology available worldwide.
The feed factory, equipped with an PLC system, operates in three shifts and produces 144 tons of concentrated feed for the animals daily. With a daily milk production of 110 tons and a production efficiency of 41 kilograms per cow, the company ranks among the best in the country in terms of production efficiency.
The company produces raw milk, meat, heifers, and manure. Milk and its derivatives are essential components of the community’s food basket and have a direct impact on the population’s life expectancy. In this regard, the organization’s goal is to increase the per capita consumption of milk and dairy products for the dear citizens of our country.
