Zegoldasht Reports 82% Growth in Operating Revenue and Approves IRR 432 Cash Dividend at 1404 Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Goldasht Nemooneh Isfahan Agriculture and Livestock Company (Zegoldasht) for the fiscal year ended March 20, 2026 (29 Esfand 1404) was held with strong shareholder participation. During the meeting, the company presented its financial and operational performance, reporting an 82% increase in operating revenue, significant improvements in profitability indicators, progress on development projects, and the approval of a cash dividend of IRR 432 per share.

According to TADICO:

Based on the report presented at the AGM, Zegoldasht’s operating revenue increased by 82% during the 1404 fiscal year compared with the previous year. Raw milk sales—the company’s primary source of revenue—accounted for 95% of total operating revenue and recorded an 84% increase, driven mainly by higher selling prices as well as growth in production and sales volume.
The company’s financial performance also reflected substantial improvements in profitability. Key indicators, including gross profit margin, net profit margin, return on assets (ROA), and return on equity (ROE), all showed significant year-on-year growth, demonstrating stronger operational efficiency and financial performance.
The meeting also announced the successful registration of the company’s IRR 185 billion capital increase during the fiscal year, a move aimed at strengthening its financial structure and supporting future growth initiatives.
During the AGM, the company’s management noted that the Isfahan production site has reached its full operational capacity and outlined the next phase of expansion through development projects in Delfan, Dargazin, and Shirvan. These projects are expected to increase both the company’s breeding herd capacity and raw milk production in the coming years. Funding will be secured through a combination of capital increases, bank financing, and capital market financing instruments.
At the conclusion of the meeting, shareholders approved the Board of Directors’ proposal to distribute a cash dividend of IRR 432 per share. It was also resolved that a portion of the company’s earnings would be retained as retained earnings to strengthen the company’s financial position, provide additional working capital, and support the implementation of its long-term development projects.
