Zagshir Achieves Historic Performance in 1404 with 215% Growth in Net Profit and Expanded Export Activities
Damoon Zagros Borujerd Food Industries Company (Zagshir), a subsidiary of TADICO Holding, announced its strongest financial and operational performance since the commencement of its operations during its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year ended March 20, 2026 (29 Esfand 1404).

The Annual General Meeting of Damoon Zagros Borujerd Food Industries Company (Zagshir) was held on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, in the presence of shareholders, members of the Board of Directors, the independent auditor, and the statutory inspector. During the meeting, the company’s financial performance for the 1404 fiscal year was presented, highlighting outstanding achievements in profitability, production, and export market expansion.
According to the report presented at the meeting, Zagshir recorded a 55% increase in operating revenue, a 120% increase in gross profit, and an exceptional 215% growth in net profit compared with the previous fiscal year. These results represent a historic milestone in the company’s financial performance and reflect the successful implementation of its growth strategy, improved operational efficiency, and effective resource management.
On the production side, Zagshir achieved an average daily output of more than 37 tonnes of strategic dairy products, including industrial milk powder, cream, butter, and other dairy derivatives. This strong production performance enabled the company to meet growing market demand while enhancing both production capacity and operational efficiency.
Another major achievement during the 1404 fiscal year was the expansion of the company’s international presence. Zagshir recorded nearly USD 2 million in direct exports during the final quarter of the year, marking a significant step toward expanding export activities and strengthening its position in international markets.
