TADICO IPO Sets a Record; Highest Retail Investor Participation in 1405

The initial public offering (IPO) of Tamin Agriculture, Livestock and Dairy Industries Investment Company (TADICO), trading under the symbol “TADICO,” achieved the highest level of investor participation among all IPOs in 1405. A total of 1,251,161 trading accounts took part in the offering, setting a new record for retail investor participation in Iran’s capital market.

According to TADICO:

As part of the offering, 5% of TADICO’s shares, equivalent to 750 million shares, were listed on the Second Market of the Tehran Stock Exchange. The price discovery process concluded at the upper limit of the designated range, with a final offering price of IRR 6,333 per share. Ultimately, 648 shares were allocated to each participating trading account.
The strong investor استقبال in this IPO reflects TADICO’s position as one of the specialized holdings of the Social Security Investment Company (Shasta), operating in the agriculture, livestock, and dairy industries. Through its portfolio of companies engaged in raw milk production and dairy processing, TADICO is recognized as a major player in the sector.
During the IPO ceremony, company executives described TADICO’s listing on the stock exchange as a significant milestone in the company’s growth strategy and commitment to financial transparency. Mohammadreza Saeedi, CEO of Shasta, highlighted the company’s considerable potential and expressed confidence in TADICO’s future prospects, emphasizing that Shasta, as the major shareholder, will continue to support the company’s development plans and long-term growth in the capital market.
The record-breaking level of participation in this year’s IPOs demonstrates the strong interest of retail investors in TADICO’s market debut. This achievement is expected to contribute to greater trading liquidity and support the development of an active and dynamic market for the company’s shares in the coming months.
