Goldasht Takes New Step Toward Production Expansion; Construction Begins on No. 2 Dairy Cow Barns at Delfan and Dargazin Units
Goldasht Nemooneh Isfahan Agriculture and Livestock Company, a subsidiary of Tamin Agriculture, Livestock and Dairy Industries Holding (TADICO), has launched construction of its No. 2 dairy cow barns at the Delfan and Dargazin units as part of its ongoing efforts to expand production capacity. Each project will have a capacity of 750 dairy cows, adding a combined capacity of 1,500 dairy cows to the company’s operations.
According to TADICO:
The development of production infrastructure at Goldasht Nemooneh Isfahan has entered a new phase with the simultaneous launch of construction operations for the No. 2 dairy cow barns at the Delfan and Dargazin units.
Currently, each of the Delfan and Dargazin units operates a dairy cow barn with a capacity of 1,400 head. With the construction of the second barns, the dairy herd capacity at each unit will increase by 750 head, resulting in a combined increase of 1,500 dairy cows across the two projects.
Construction of the new barns comes as Delfan and Dargazin are among Goldasht’s strategic projects for expanding its geographical footprint in livestock farming. In addition to its main site in Isfahan, the company is pursuing development projects across Lorestan, Hamadan, and North Khorasan provinces.
The simultaneous launch of these two projects demonstrates Goldasht’s continued commitment to expanding production capacity and investing in livestock industry infrastructure. Ultimately, these initiatives are aimed at increasing raw milk production capacity and further strengthening the company’s position within Iran’s dairy supply chain.
