Aras Dam Arsham Holds Annual General Meeting, Reports Strong Growth in Revenue, Profitability, and Production
Aras Dam Arsham Company has announced significant achievements across its financial, operational, and development activities, reporting substantial growth in revenue, profitability, and production capacity during the latest fiscal period.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Aras Dam Arsham was held with the participation of Board members, shareholders, and executives from TADICO Holding. During the meeting, the company’s performance across various operational and financial sectors was reviewed.
According to the report presented at the meeting, Aras Dam Arsham achieved a 102% increase in operating revenue compared to the previous period. Net profit also recorded a remarkable 77% growth, reflecting the company’s continued financial improvement and operational efficiency.
In addition, milk production increased by 26.5%, highlighting the company’s expanding production capacity and the positive trajectory of its core business activities.
Addressing attendees, the CEO of Aras Dam Arsham attributed the company’s achievements to the successful implementation of development initiatives and effective management strategies.
“The growth in our financial and production indicators is the result of targeted planning, infrastructure development, and a continuous focus on improving efficiency across all operational areas,” he stated.
The CEO further noted that alongside increased production capacity, the company has implemented a range of initiatives aimed at disease prevention and control, cost management, and compliance with environmental standards, all of which have contributed significantly to improved performance.
Among the most notable technical achievements of the reporting period was the successful control of Foot-and-Mouth Disease (FMD) within the breeding herd, an accomplishment regarded as a major milestone in maintaining herd health and production stability.
The company also highlighted the commissioning of a Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) system designed to optimize wastewater management and reduce environmental impacts, reinforcing Aras Dam Arsham’s commitment to sustainable development and environmental responsibility.
In the area of infrastructure development, the completion of Barns D and E, along with the commissioning of Calf Housing Units No. 2 and No. 3, were identified as key projects completed during the period. These investments were undertaken to expand production capacity, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen the long-term sustainability of the livestock production cycle.
