12% Increase in Conception Rate of Dairy Cows at Mallardshir During the First 9 Months of 1404

Mallardshir Agricultural and Livestock Company achieved a 12% increase in the conception rate of its dairy cows during the nine-month period ending in 1404, compared to the same period last year. This improvement plays a direct role in stabilizing the production cycle and enhancing herd planning capability.

According to Tadico,

this performance enhancement resulted from reducing insemination timing errors, improving heat detection, better alignment of cows’ physiological conditions with insemination programs, and more accurate selection of semen suited to each animal’s condition. Consistent body condition management and control of fertility-limiting factors also contributed to improving the effectiveness of the insemination process.
The increase in conception rate brings significant operational and economic benefits, including fewer unsuccessful inseminations, shorter calving intervals, a higher number of productive animals within the production cycle, and reduced maintenance costs for non-productive livestock. These improvements directly impact future milk production capacity and overall production stability.
Commenting on this achievement, Meisam Amirhosseini, CEO of Mallardshir Agricultural and Livestock Company, stated:
“By focusing on close control of reproductive process details and making decisions based on the herd’s actual conditions, we significantly improved the effectiveness of our insemination programs. This achievement strengthens the foundation for sustainable and cost-efficient production in the coming periods.”
