The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Mallardshir Agriculture and Livestock Company approved the financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 20, 2026 (29 Esfand 1404) and authorized a cash dividend of IRR 80 per share.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The AGM was held on Sunday, July 12, 2026, at Tehran\u2019s Talash Cultural and Sports Complex, with the participation of shareholders, representatives of the Securities and Exchange Organization (SEO), and the company\u2019s statutory auditor.<\/span>
\nAccording to the report presented at the meeting, the company successfully achieved a net profit of IRR 255 billion during the 1404 fiscal year\u2014representing a 148% increase compared to the previous year. This performance was driven by effective resource management and optimization of the company\u2019s production value chain.<\/span>
\nAmong the company’s key development and infrastructure achievements during the year were the commissioning of a livestock feed mill with a production capacity of 15 tons per hour, an increase in the value of productive biological assets to more than IRR 537 billion, the construction of a 90,000-cubic-meter water storage reservoir, and the implementation of a wastewater treatment project.<\/span>
\nThe meeting also included an update on the progress of the Malayer 3,000-head breeding herd project and the construction of nine modern livestock housing facilities. As one of the company’s major expansion initiatives, this project is expected to play a significant role in increasing production capacity in the coming years.<\/span>
