Tamin Agriculture, Livestock and Dairy Industries Investment Company (TADICO) (Public Joint Stock), a subsidiary of the Social Security Investment Company (Shasta), intends to sell its surplus real estate assets through a public auction in their current condition.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to TADICO:<\/p>\n

Interested parties may obtain the auction documents from the date of this announcement by visiting the company\u2019s website at TAHDICO.IR<\/span> or in person at the company\u2019s head office located at:<\/span>No. 47, West Shahid Hagh Talab St., South Allameh Tabatabaei St., Saadat Abad, Tehran \u2013 4th Floor, Financial Supply and Asset Monetization Department.
\nAfter reviewing the terms and complying with the relevant regulations, bidders must submit their price offers along with completed documents in sealed envelopes, every day except Thursdays and Fridays, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, no later than Tuesday, 1404\/11\/14, to the Security Office at the above address and obtain a receipt.
\nApplicants may also submit their sealed bid envelopes in Kish Island, subject to delivery conditions, on 1404\/11\/11 and 1404\/11\/12, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the auction property location:

Bid Opening Session:
\nBid envelopes will be opened in the presence of holding representatives, supervisory authorities, and bidders (attendance optional) on Saturday, 1404\/11\/18 at 10:00 AM at the conference hall of TADICO Holding.
\nBringing a valid ID card and an introduction letter is mandatory for attending the bid opening session.
\nProposed prices must be higher than the announced base price. Bids equal to or below the base price will not be considered.<\/p>\n
