At the inaugural National Conference on the Role of Sustainable Financing in Food Security, Tadico Holding, a subsidiary of Shasta, received the Top Food Security Award in recognition of its leading role in the production of protein-based food products.
According to Tadico
public relations report,the conference was held on Tuesday, October 14, with the participation of government and parliamentary officials, economic experts, and key stakeholders in the agriculture and food industries. The event aimed to explore the challenges and opportunities in financing food supply chains and achieving sustainable food security.
During the ceremony, several companies and projects that played a pivotal role in strengthening food production and distribution infrastructure were honored with certificates and awards of excellence.
On the sidelines of the conference, the CEO of Tadico Holding stated:
> “Before it’s too late, we must reconsider the priorities of our economic ecosystem to ensure that the security of people’s food supply comes first, followed by the expansion of exports and foreign exchange generation in this sector.”
