New Opportunities for TADICO Shareholders; Aras Dam Arsham’s Stock Market Admission and Offering Process Reviewed
A meeting to review the admission conditions and required documentation for Aras Dam Arsham Agriculture, Industry and Livestock Company, a subsidiary of TADICO Holding, was held with the participation of senior executives from the Tehran Stock Exchange, TADICO Holding, Aras Dam Arsham, and representatives of Saba Tamin Brokerage.

The meeting was held at the headquarters of the Tehran Stock Exchange and attended by the Managing Director of the Tehran Stock Exchange, Mohsen Mohammadi, CEO of TADICO Holding, the CEO of Aras Dam Arsham Agriculture, Industry and Livestock Company, a number of senior executives from TADICO Holding and the company, as well as representatives of Saba Tamin Brokerage.
The session aimed to comprehensively review the admission requirements, assess the relevant documentation, and examine the requirements for Aras Dam Arsham’s entry into Iran’s capital market. Participants reviewed the latest status of the admission process and the requirements that remain to be addressed.
Subject to the successful completion of the admission process, Aras Dam Arsham’s entry into the capital market could represent an important step toward enhancing financial transparency, strengthening corporate governance, expanding financing capacity, and providing investors with an opportunity to participate in the agriculture and livestock sector.
According to officials participating in the meeting, the final outcome of the review and admission process is expected to be announced within the next two weeks.
