Message on the Occasion of the Islamic Republic Day and Nature Day Commemorations
In the Name of God, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful
“It is He who has brought you forth from the earth and settled you therein.”
The heroic nation of Iran has intertwined this year’s Nowruz celebrations with a spirit of courage and dignity. Following the commemoration of April 1 (Farvardin 12), the Day of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the people now welcome Nature Day.
At a time when the cruel and ruthless American and Zionist enemies recognize no human, moral, or humanitarian boundaries in their aggression and have even inflicted damage upon the natural and environmental spaces of our beloved homeland, every effort aimed at promoting development and building a brighter future for Iran is both commendable and necessary.
Among these worthy initiatives is the collective effort of citizens in cities and villages across the country, working together and in coordination with the relevant authorities, to plant fruit-bearing trees from Nature Day through the end of spring—particularly during the month of Farvardin—and to provide the care and maintenance required for their continued growth.
The child-killing American and Zionist aggressors have brutally martyred the young students of the “Shajareh Tayyebeh” school. Yet the Iranian nation, in honor of all martyrs—especially those who lost their lives in the Third Imposed War—will plant saplings of hope across the country, so that each of these young trees may, God willing, grow in the years ahead into a blessed and fruitful tree.
