1. Approval of the company’s financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 20, 2025
2. Dividend distribution of 11% equivalent to 862 million Rials
3. Appointment of Amjad Taraz Audit Institute as the legal inspector and auditor for the fiscal year 2025/26
4. Selection of Ettelaat Newspaper as the official widely circulated publication
5. Determination of attendance fees for non-executive board members and members of audit, risk, and nomination committees for the fiscal year 2025/26
6. Allocation of 1% of net profit of 2024/25 to corporate social responsibility expenses
Key Achievements in 2024/25:
1. Achieving sales of 9,000,000 million Rials with a 51% growth compared to the previous year
2. Achieving net profit of 161,982 million Rials, marking a 2,300% increase compared to the previous year
3. Production of 4,618 tons of milk powder during the year, representing a 38% growth compared to the previous year
4. Implementation of Kalibar and Kouhrang construction and operation projects
5. Procurement of 67,547 tons of raw milk from both in-group and out-group dairy farms, with a 15% growth compared to the previous year
6. Introduction of a new product, 82% bulk butter, to the company’s product portfolio
7. Completion of the first production phase and utilization of idle capacity in other factories
